Deepa founded Zinda.xyz as a platform to create inspired and engaged communities in the workplace and beyond. Deepa spent more than 20 years in Financial Services managing global teams working on high volume, real-time systems. She gained mastery in the art of leading change and transformation, having held executive and leadership roles at Household Finance Corp., HSBC and Capital One as the companies went through divestitures and acquisitions.Keeping teams engaged and highly functional through stressful situations became second nature for Deepa. Over the years, Deepa took special interest in gauging the effectiveness of engagement initiatives at companies she served. She observed that most efforts were time consuming and only marginally successful because they were handled almost as an afterthought, not aligned to the personal goals of employees and were not sustainable over the long term. These insights inspired Deepa to create Zinda’s Journey product to make employee engagement second nature for companies – because it’s easy to use, adds immediate value to employees and executives alike, and is designed to meet the needs of ever evolving corporate cultures.

She provides intuitive insight to parents of intuitively and spiritually gifted children, helping them better understand and practically support their uniquely gifted children. Dr. Rowley is the Executive Producer of the DVD, The Misdiagnosis of Gifted Children, whose target audience is parents and school administrators. It offers facts, new perspectives and recommendations about the diagnosis and medical treatment of children who fall outside the norm. She holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Transformation from Union Institute and University, an MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Denver. She has also done extended study in somatic psychotherapy and over 50 different healing modalities.
